We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee for all new Shared, WordPress, and cPanel Web Hosting accounts if you are unsatisfied with our performance or service.
2. Dedicated Servers & Custom Hardware
Due to custom datacenter rack provisioning, IP address allocations, and third-party software licensing (such as Windows Server, cPanel/WHM, and Microsoft 365), bare-metal dedicated servers and custom GPU clusters are non-refundable once provisioned.
3. Domain Registrations & SSL Certificates
Domain name registrations, transfers, and third-party SSL certificate purchases are strictly non-refundable once registered with global registries (.IN, .COM, Verisign, Sectigo).
